Human resources is our best asset. Therefore, it is the policy of MACSTANLEY COMPLETIONS to safeguard all persons, property and environment connected with our operations.

As fire protection, instrument and electrical engineering Company, we comply with all codes and statutory requirements and adopt any plan that will enhance the business of safety in our organization without violating the relevant legislation.

We believe that the “safe way is the best way: and therefore accord safety priority with production. Safety is everyone’s job and everyone is held accountable for it. We also believe that job instructions are incomplete if they are not actually safety-based.

In order to realize the above policy statement, MASCTANLEY COMPLETIONS will do everything within its power, at all times to:

• Ensure that all persons engaged in her activities are medically fit.
• Ensure that safety is taken into account from the design stage of any project to its completion.
• Undertake frequent inspections of works sites, organize audits of equipment and give the findings and recommendations urgent and adequate attention needed a safe work environment for our personnel.
• Engage in, and support all programs that will improve the awareness of our staff.
• Protect and preserve the environment to the best of her ability.
